This Privacy Policy applies to all users of betpas.cash and any associated mobile-compatible services. It describes how Betpas collects, processes, stores and protects your personal information. Betpas operates betpas.cash as an online betting and casino platform for players in Pakistan.   • Your Pakistani mobile number used as your account identifier
  • Your date of birth for age verification purposes
  • Payment method details — your Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile number, bank account details for IBFT, or card details for Visa/Mastercard transactions
  • Identity verification documents if requested by Betpas during a compliance check
  • Communications you send to Betpas support through live chat or email
  • Your expressed marketing preferences

Information collected automatically:

  • Your IP address at login and during active sessions
  • Device type, operating system and browser version used to access Betpas
  • Session timestamps, pages visited, and features used within the platform

  • Regulatory Compliance: Financial transaction data and identity records are retained to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable to the jurisdiction in which Betpas operates. This retention is not optional — it is a legal requirement.
  • Responsible Gaming: Betpas monitors betting patterns and gaming behaviour to identify players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling. This monitoring exists to protect players, not to optimise commercial extraction.
  • Platform Improvement: Aggregated and anonymised usage data helps Betpas understand how the platform is used and where improvements are needed. This data cannot be linked back to individual players.

04 Legal Basis for Processing

Betpas processes your personal data on the following legal grounds, depending on the type of data and the purpose of processing.

  • Contract Performance: Processing necessary to fulfil the services described in the Betpas Terms and Conditions — account management, bet settlement, payment processing.
  • Legal Obligation: Processing required by applicable laws and regulations including anti-money laundering rules and financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and platform improvement where these interests do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
  • Consent: Marketing communications are sent only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your ability to use the Betpas platform.

05 Sharing Your Data

Betpas does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period. However, there are specific limited circumstances in which Betpas shares data with third parties.

  • Payment Processors: Your payment details are shared with Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank partners, and card processors solely to execute the transactions you initiate. These providers have their own privacy policies and security standards.
  • Game Providers: Third-party game studios that provide casino and live dealer content on Betpas receive session data necessary to deliver the game experience — typically a player identifier and stake amount. They do not receive your name or contact details.
  • Identity Verification Services: When required, Betpas may use a third-party service to verify identity documents. These services receive only the specific document data necessary for the verification check and are contractually prohibited from storing or using it for any other purpose.
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Betpas will disclose personal information to law enforcement, regulatory bodies or courts where required by a valid legal demand. Betpas will notify affected players of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale affecting the Betpas platform, player data may form part of the transferred assets. Affected players will be notified in advance with a minimum 30-day notice period and offered the option to request deletion of their data.

All third-party service providers that receive Betpas player data are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to handle the data securely, use it only for the specified purpose, and delete it when no longer needed.

06 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Betpas uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. Below is a plain description of what each type of cookie does on betpas.cash.

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function. These store your login session, maintain your balance display, and keep your game selections active. Without these cookies, Betpas cannot operate. They cannot be disabled.

Betpas does not use advertising or retargeting cookies that track your behaviour across other websites. The tracking that occurs on betpas.cash stays on betpas.cash. 07 Data Security

Betpas implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The core security measures in place include the following.

  • All data in transit between your browser or mobile device and Betpas servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 or above.
  • Data stored on Betpas servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Access to player data within internal Betpas systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis with full audit logging of all access events.
  • Payment data is tokenised — full card numbers and mobile wallet credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider and only anonymised references are stored on Betpas systems.
  • Betpas undergoes regular internal security reviews. Identified vulnerabilities are patched on a priority basis with critical security fixes applied within 24 hours of identification.
  • In the event of a security incident, Betpas has an incident response process that includes player notification within 72 hours of the breach being confirmed, as described in the commitments at the top of this policy.

No digital system is 100% immune to security threats. Betpas takes the security of your data seriously and applies industry-standard measures to minimise risk, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You can reduce risk on your end by using a strong unique password for your Betpas account and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

08 Data Retention

Betpas retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The general retention periods applied by Betpas are as follows.

  • Account registration data (name, mobile number, date of birth) is retained for the duration of your account plus five years following closure.
  • Financial transaction records including deposit and withdrawal history are retained for seven years from the transaction date to comply with financial record-keeping regulations.
  • Betting and gaming activity records are retained for five years from the date of the activity.
  • Device and IP data collected for fraud prevention is retained on a rolling 90-day basis.
  • Support conversation records are retained for three years.
  • Marketing preference data is retained until you opt out or close your account.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted from Betpas systems. Where data is required for an active legal proceeding or regulatory investigation, the standard retention period may be extended until the matter is resolved.

09 Children's Privacy

Betpas is strictly an adults-only platform for players aged 18 and above. The platform does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If Betpas becomes aware that data from an underage person has been collected — through a misrepresented date of birth during registration — the account will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered on Betpas should contact support immediately. Betpas will act on such reports promptly and without requiring formal legal process from the reporting parent or guardian.

10 Third-Party Services Linked from Betpas

The Betpas platform does not contain links to external websites or third-party applications beyond the payment providers and game studios that form part of the Betpas service itself. Where third-party game content is embedded within the Betpas platform, those providers have their own privacy practices which Betpas has reviewed and required to meet minimum standards through contractual data processing agreements.

Betpas is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party service that a player accesses independently outside of the Betpas platform. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data collected and processed through betpas.cash.

11 Exercising Your Privacy Rights

To exercise any of the rights described in this Privacy Policy — access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection — contact the Betpas support team through the live chat feature available on any page of the platform after logging in. You may also submit a written request to support@betpas.cash with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Betpas will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours and provide a full response within 30 calendar days. For complex requests — such as a full data export or a deletion request involving multiple data categories — Betpas will communicate any extension beyond the 30-day period along with the reason for the delay.

Betpas will not charge a fee for the first data access or portability request in any 12-month period. Repeated requests for the same data within a short timeframe may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee, which will be communicated before processing.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

Betpas reviews this Privacy Policy periodically and updates it when our data practices change or when applicable legal requirements require revision. The version date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last reviewed.

For material changes — changes that affect how your data is used, who it is shared with, or your rights over it — Betpas will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Non-material changes such as clarifications of existing language or corrections of typographical errors may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of Betpas after the effective date of any Privacy Policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account and request deletion of your personal data within 30 days of the notification.
