Betpas Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply. "Betpas" refers to the betting and casino platform operating at betpas.cash and all associated services. "Player" or "you" refers to any registered account holder or user of Betpas. "Account" means the individual registered account opened by a player on Betpas. "Balance" means the PKR funds held within a player's Betpas account at any given time. "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other game of chance available on the Betpas platform. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matching funds offered by Betpas subject to specific terms. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before it becomes withdrawable. "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used on Betpas.

Where these terms refer to "Betpas" making a decision or taking action, this means the platform's authorised operations team acting in accordance with these terms and any applicable policy documents published on betpas.cash.

02 Account Registration

To use any real-money service on Betpas — placing bets, playing casino games, depositing or withdrawing — you must first create a registered account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen password, and your date of birth. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and your own.

Each individual may hold only one Betpas account at any time. Duplicate accounts discovered by Betpas — whether opened by the same person under different names, mobile numbers, or household connections — will be closed without notice. Any balances within duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture at Betpas's discretion. If you believe a duplicate account has been opened in your name without your knowledge, contact Betpas support immediately.

• Accounts may not be opened using false or third-party identity information.
• Sharing login credentials with another person is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Betpas reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account restriction.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account password and for all activity conducted using their login credentials.

03 Eligibility and Age Verification

The Betpas platform is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. By registering an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will continue to meet this age requirement for the duration of your account's existence.

Betpas actively checks account registration data against declared dates of birth. Where the platform has reason to believe an account may belong to an underage person — through reported information, inconsistent data, or random compliance checks — the account will be immediately suspended pending full age verification. Any winnings accumulated in an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. Betpas will not accept any liability for losses incurred by underage players who misrepresented their age during registration.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing the Betpas website. If you suspect a minor has registered on Betpas using your details, notify Betpas support immediately.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

Betpas accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

All deposits are credited to your Betpas account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Betpas does not impose processing fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges independently.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made by another person on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Betpas does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or payments in any currency other than PKR.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within fifteen minutes, contact Betpas live support with your transaction reference number for immediate investigation.
• Betpas reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. This is a fraud prevention measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount from Betpas is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though Betpas may request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above Rs 5,00,000 in a single transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised account access. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact Betpas support before requesting a withdrawal.

• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within fifteen minutes during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 PKT).
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within two to four business hours during banking hours.
• Card withdrawals follow standard bank processing timelines of one to three business days.
• Betpas does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Bank or wallet provider fees are the responsibility of the receiving account holder.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus funds are active in an account will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement before processing. See Section 6 for full bonus rules.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Betpas offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. These general terms apply to all Betpas bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a secondary account — including accounts sharing a device or network — will result in the bonus being voided and both accounts being reviewed for closure.

• Standard wagering requirement for Betpas deposit bonuses is 25x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. This means a Rs 3,000 bonus must generate Rs 75,000 in qualifying bets before it is released for withdrawal.
• Qualifying bets for wagering requirements are bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater in sports betting, or on slots and live casino games with a contribution rate as specified in the promotion.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• Betpas reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, players who have already activated the bonus retain the right to meet the wagering requirement within the original expiry period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the wagering process.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Betpas are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the Betpas betting help section. General principles applicable to all sports bets are set out below.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Betpas uses live price feeds for in-play markets — odds change continuously and the price confirmed at bet placement is the final price regardless of subsequent movement. Betpas reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets above platform-set stake limits or bets that appear to be placed with knowledge of non-public information.

• Bets on abandoned matches, cancelled events or events with no official result within 36 hours of the scheduled start time will be void and stakes returned.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors — odds significantly outside the accepted market range — Betpas reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players who repeatedly exploit obvious errors will have their accounts reviewed.
• Maximum payout per event is Rs 50,00,000. Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum payout of Rs 1,00,00,000 per betslip.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which the bet may be rejected if market conditions change materially. If a live bet is rejected, no funds are deducted from the account.
• Betpas operates a policy of competitive odds and does not deliberately price markets to levels significantly below industry standards.

08 Casino, Live Casino and Games

All casino and live casino games on Betpas are provided by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes for RNG-based titles (slots, virtual table games, fishing games, ludo) are determined by independently audited random number generators. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studios — all physical dealing is visible on the live stream and cannot be altered after bets are confirmed.

Published RTP figures for all game categories represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from published RTP values — these figures are provided for transparency, not as a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino round or a slot spin, the round will be completed and the outcome settled based on the server-side game record, which is the definitive record in all disputes.
• Technical malfunctions that produce clearly erroneous outcomes — such as a slot displaying an impossible winning combination — will be voided and stakes returned. No exceptional payout is made for technically erroneous results.
• Game availability may vary by time of day. Live casino tables may be temporarily unavailable due to studio maintenance. Betpas endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Betpas and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure without appeal.

• Opening or using more than one account on Betpas.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripted betting systems, or any software designed to interact with Betpas systems without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly priced markets in any systematic way.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity or using Betpas for any money laundering purpose.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Betpas staff or other players through the platform's communication features.
• Using another person's payment method to fund or withdraw from a Betpas account without their explicit knowledge and consent.

Betpas employs automated fraud detection and manual account review to identify prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for review, Betpas may temporarily restrict withdrawals pending investigation. The typical review period is 72 hours. You will be notified via your registered contact details.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Betpas may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of any section of these terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud or identity misrepresentation, failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe, account inactivity for a period of 24 consecutive months, or at the player's own voluntary request.

In cases of voluntary closure, players must ensure all active bonus wagering requirements are resolved and that no pending bets remain open before the closure is processed. Any real-money balance remaining at the point of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method within five business days.

In cases of closure due to a terms breach, Betpas will notify the player of the reason for closure where this does not compromise an ongoing investigation. The player may challenge the closure decision through the formal dispute process described in Section 14.

11 Responsible Gaming

Betpas takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings section at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit activates.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders to notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration. Alerts appear on screen and do not interrupt ongoing games.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from Betpas for periods of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect once confirmed. During a self-exclusion period Betpas will not send marketing communications to the excluded player.
• Reality Check: Periodic prompts showing total time played and net result during the current session, helping players make informed decisions about continuing.

Betpas staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively contact players who display these signs. Players identified as potentially vulnerable may have limits applied to their accounts without a prior request. This is a safeguarding measure, not a penalty.

12 Limitation of Liability

Betpas provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or technical failures outside Betpas's control may result in temporary service unavailability. Betpas will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Betpas is not liable for losses resulting from: events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions or telecommunications failures; the player's failure to comply with these terms; decisions made by the player based on information displayed on third-party websites; or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Betpas platform.

In cases where Betpas accepts liability for a service failure, the maximum compensation is limited to the verified stake or deposit amount directly affected by the failure. Betpas does not compensate for hypothetical winnings that might have been achieved had a technical failure not occurred.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Betpas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, payment rules, bonus conditions, or game rules — Betpas will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered mobile number or email address on the player's account.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice but will be reflected in the updated document date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of Betpas after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date without penalty. To do so, contact Betpas support before the change takes effect.

14 Contact and Dispute Resolution

For general enquiries, account support, and payment assistance, the Betpas live chat team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Live chat is accessible from any page of the Betpas platform after logging in. Email support is available at support@betpas.cash with a typical response time of four hours during business hours.

If you have a formal complaint about a Betpas decision — a settled bet, a bonus dispute, a withdrawal delay, or an account action — the following process applies. First, contact the live support team directly. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, submit a written complaint to support@betpas.cash with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior Betpas team member and a written response is provided within 72 hours.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Betpas operates. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection or financial services law.
